Job Description

Do you have a deep understanding of what makes digital experiences user-friendly? Are you passionate about designing visually stunning interfaces that inspire and delight users? Bevy Commerce is looking for a Senior UI/UX designer who can lead the design team and create intuitive mockups for apps and websites from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new mockups or update existing ones based on requirements provided in the written or verbal briefings.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to convey design vision and ideas.
• Define and implement consistent design patterns to improve overall user experience.
• Design graphic UI elements based on specifications, such as menus, tabs, widgets, etc.
• Optimize designs and adjust layouts based on feedback for further improvement.
• Design seamless user experiences for apps and services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and product managers.
• Conduct in-depth research and incorporate user insights into design decisions.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and principles of the design approach.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the UI/UX design field with a strong portfolio demonstrating recent works.
• Familiar with the latest design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.
• Knowledge of interaction design and prototyping and ability to make animations and transitions to improve user experience.
• Must have experience with Logo and Vector Art design.
• Familiar with accessibility best practices for web design.
• A solid understanding of design systems, including design patterns, typography, and color schemes.
• Must be skilled in vector design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong analytical skills to address and solve complex UX challenges, such as mobile responsiveness.
• Must have a team player attitude to collaborate with other designers and developers to fulfill design requirements.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage several projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and convey design concepts among team members.
• Candidates should be comfortable working during EST and CST office hours to coordinate with clients.
