Job Description

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in conversion optimization with a consultative sales mindset. You’ll work closely with clients to identify opportunities for improving conversions across their online stores, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints. You’ll develop and sell tailored CRO strategies, lead testing efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to implement optimizations. This role offers the opportunity to earn bonuses for securing client retainers and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their needs and presenting CRO strategies that deliver measurable ROI. Proactively sell CRO services and secure client retainers.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth audits of clients' websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels to identify areas of opportunity for increasing conversion rates.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with customers to develop tailored CRO strategies aligned with their business goals and KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, measure performance, and identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Testing Leadership: Develop and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion paths.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Bevy's design and development teams to create and execute test plans, ensuring all changes meet brand standards and technical requirements.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing test results and recommending final changes for implementation.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our clients.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or sales-focused roles, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms (preferably Shopify).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
